Oral administration : 0.3 gram after a meal, once or twice a day

To make mask: add pearl powder to a certain amount of water,egg white ( and milk, fruit juice, honey, olive oil) and mix them thoroughly, then apply the mixture to face. After 20 minutes, rinse you face with warm water.
